My Groups
Note
Only the Access Groups assigned to the ACR/ACRM will be visible to the user. CONNECT and ACR Administrators will see all of the Access Groups in the list.
The My Groups tab of the application is available to ACR, ACRM, ACR Administrator and CONNECT Administrator role holders. This page is used to review the list of Access Groups assigned to the ACR/ACRM and shows the Identities, Managers (ACR/ACRM’s) and Readers that are assigned to each Access Group.
The user is able to filter the list of Access Groups by Name using the 'type to filter' box. They are also able to sort the order (descending or ascending), by using the available drop down field. The sort order can be selected to sort by Name, Audit Frequency, Access Group Description, Integration Name or Number of Identities, Managers or Readers assigned to the Access Group.

Identities
The Identities column shows the number of Identities that are assigned to the specific Access Group. Clicking on the number will show the list of Identities.
An Identity can be removed from the Access Group by clicking the padlock icon next to the individual identity or by clicking the Remove Access button in the top display bar. The user also has the ability to select multiple/All Identities to remove them if required. The number of selected identities will be displayed in the Current Selection display bar.
If an identity is being removed from the Access Group. the user must confirm the remove access request by clicking the OK button. The user can also cancel the remove access request by clicking the Cancel button.
The user is able to filter the list of identities using the 'type to filter' box by Name, company or Email. They are also able to sort (descending or ascending), using the available drop down field, by First Name or Last Name.
Managers
The Managers column shows the number of ACR and ACRM users that are assigned to the specific Access Group. Clicking on the number will show the list of users.
The user is able to filter the list of Managers using the 'type to filter' box by Name, company or Email. They are also able to sort (descending or ascending), using the available drop down field. The sort order can be selected to sort by First Name, Last Name, Employee Number, Phone, or Email. The user also has the ability to toggle the Managers view between list, grid or table view.
Clicking on any of the users will navigate to the user on the CONNECT Identities page. For more information please review the Identities section of this guide.
Readers
The Readers column shows the number of readers that are assigned to the specific Access Group. Clicking on the number will show the list of readers.
The user is able to filter the list of Readers by Name using the 'type to filter' box. They are also able to sort (descending or ascending) by Reader Name.
