Supported Browsers
Recommended Browser: All aspects of Symmetry CONNECT , GUEST and IDM are comprehensively tested using Google Chrome. AMAG Technology recommends using Google Chrome with any of these products.
Supported Browser: Microsoft Edge (based on Chromium). As the Microsoft Edge browser uses Chromium (an open-source project based on Google Chrome), it is expected to function in much the same way as Google Chrome. AMAG Technology does not specifically test using Edge. AMAG Technology will review and attempt to fix any issues specific to the Edge browser.
Compatible Browsers (not recommended): Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari are mostly compatible with the product, but users may experience functional issues in certain areas of the product. As such these browsers can be used in a limited capacity only (by a small number of users performing basic/limited tasks within the application). AMAG Technology does not perform any testing with these browsers and recommends using Chrome, or Edge instead of Firefox or Safari.
Not Supported: Internet Explorer for example, and any other browsers not specifically mentioned are not supported.
