Description | Grants the ability to delegate for approvals assigned to Identity Manager |
Objective
The Manager Delegate role is able to carry out the approvals assigned to Identity Manager they are delegating for. Please note that nothing will appear on Manager Delegate’s record to confirm that they are a Manager Delegate, although they will appear as a Manager Delegate on the record of the Identity Manager they are delegating for.

Access Modifiers
Please note that no additional access will be available to the Manager Delegate. They will not be able to view / edit the IDM / GUEST / CONNECT records for the subordinates of the Identity Manager they are Delegating for.
They will receive email notifications for any IDM Access Expirations, GUEST Visit Approvals and CONNECT Credential / Access Requests that the Identity Manager they are delegating for is assigned to.
Approval access will be by the link in the email(s).
