Admin Configuration Activity Report
Description

The Admin Configuration Activity Report provides a description of configuration activities taken by administrator users, such as changing Access Group Rules, or adding Credential Ranges etc.

Description

Filter Requirements

Date Range

The user is able to select either a Relative or Absolute date range.

The report will only return values within that date range. The default value is Today.

Administrators

The user is able to select one or more identities with an administration role.

If selected only values associated with these identities will be displayed. If this field is left blank, the report will show all activity.

First name of identity

Last Name

Last name of identity

Employee Number (#)

The identity's employee number

ID Reference No.

The identity's ID Reference Number

Company

The company the identity is associated with

Building

The home building of the identity

City

The location (City) of the building

State

The location (State) of the building

Email

The identity's primary email address

Type

The Identity Type (Employee, Non-Employee)

Category

The identity's employment category

Transaction Type

The type of transaction/change made by the administrator

Configuration Type

The type of configuration/change made by the administrator

Configuration Sub Type

The sub type of configuration/change made by the administrator

Old Value

The value prior to changes being made

New Value

The value after the change has been made

CONNECT D/T

The Date and Time that the Configuration was altered in CONNECT.
