Subscribed - Unsubscribed from SMS Messages Report
Description
The Subscribed/Unsubscribed from SMS Messages Report lists all Visitors who have received the notification from GUEST that asks them whether or not they want to opt out of receiving Visitor SMS messages.
To search for a specific mobile phone number, type the mobile phone number in the Mobile Phone text box.
If the report is to be saved, apply a Name and Description for the report.
Click the Execute button to run the report or the Cancel button to exit the report.
The report will then be generated automatically and be exported to an Excel Spreadsheet file (Excel or an appropriate viewer is required to view the report).

Mobile Phone | The user is able to type in one Mobile Phone Number. | If selected, the report will only show data for that specific mobile phone number. If this field is left blank, the report will show data for all mobile phone numbers. |

SMS text | The SMS text that was sent to the visitor's phone number |
Sent Date | The date and time the SMS text was sent to the visitor. |
Replied Date | The date and time the visitor replied to the text (no date provided confirms no reply was sent) |
Opt Status | The response the Visitor has made to the Opt-In SMS Message: Confirmed (Opted In), Denied (Opted Out), Unconfirmed (Yet to respond). |
