Complete Identity Extract
Description
The Complete Identity Extract Report provides a complete extract of all Identities in IDM.
If the report is to be saved, apply a Name and Description for the report.
Click the Execute button to run the report or the Cancel button to exit the report.
The report will then be generated automatically and be exported to an Excel Spreadsheet file (Excel or an appropriate viewer is required to view the report).

First Name | The first name of the identity |
Middle Name | The middle name of the identity |
Last Name | The last name of the identity |
Title | Professional title of the identity |
Title Prefix | The prefix of the identity's name |
Title Suffix | The suffix of the identity's name |
Primary Email | The identity's primary email address |
Primary phone | The identity's primary phone number |
Gender | The gender of the identity |
Building Name | The home building of the identity |
Company Name | The company the identity is associated with |
Department | The identity's department |
Floor | The floor the identity is on |
Location | The location of the identity |
Employee Category | The employee category of the identity |
Employee Type | The Identity Type (Employee, Non-Employee, Visitor). Visitor only available if Display Visitors in IDM / Configuration / Settings / Other Settings is enabled. |
Date of Birth | The identity's date of birth |
Gender | The gender of the identity |
Start Date | The date the identity started with the organization |
Expiration Date | The date the identity is currently set to expire |
Suspended | Identity status (Yes or No) |
Terminated | Identity status (Yes or No) |
With Lock | Terminated With Lock (Yes or No)' |
Has Photo | Identity status (Yes or No) |
Is Manager | Identity status (Yes or No) |
Is Manager Delegate | Identity status (Yes or No) |
Inserted On Date (UTC) | The identity inserted date in UTC |
Updated On Date (UTC) | The identity updated date in UTC |
Manager (1,2 and 3) | First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Primary Phone, and Primary Email |
