Identity Import Report
Description
The Identity Import Report provides details of all Identities added into IDM via the IDM Importer during the selected date period.
Select either a Relative or Absolute date for the report.
Select one or multiple Import Action Status from the drop down box.
If the report is to be saved, apply a Name and Description for the report.
Click the Execute button to run the report or the Cancel button to exit the report.
The report will then be generated automatically and be exported to an Excel Spreadsheet file (Excel or an appropriate viewer is required to view the report).
Filters
Field | Description | Filter Requirements |

Date Range | The user is able to select either a relative or absolute date range | The report will only return values within that range. The default value is Today |
Import Action Status | The user is able to select one or more status | If selected the report will only show data for the selected status. If left blank, the report will display data for all statuses |

Date Inserted (UTC) | The date and time in UTC that the action occurred |

Errors | A description for any error that occurred |
Employee Number | The employee number of the identity |
First Name | The first name of the identity |
Middle Name | The middle name of the identity |
Last Name | The last name of the identity |
Employee Type | The Identity Type (Employee, Non-Employee, Visitor). Visitor only available if Display Visitors in IDM / Configuration / Settings / Other Settings is enabled. |
Employee Category | The employee category of the identity |
Primary Email | The identity's primary email address |
Primary Phone | The identity's primary phone number |
Gender | The gender of the identity |
Title | Professional title of the identity |
Title Prefix | The prefix of the identity's name |
Title Suffix | The suffix of the identity's name |
Building Name | The home building of the identity |
Company Name | The company the identity is associated with |
Department | The identity's department |
Floor | The floor the identity is on |
Location | The location of the identity |
Date of Birth | The identity's date of birth |
Start Date | The date the identity started with the organization |
Expiration Date | The date the identity is currently set to expire |
Send Invitation To Signup With Symmetry Connect | Send Invitation To Signup With Symmetry Connect (Yes or No) |
Manager 1 Employee Number | The employee number of manager 1 |
Manager 2 Employee Number | The employee number of manager 2 |
Manager 3 Employee Number | The employee number of manager 3 |
