Integration Support Report
Description

The integration support report displays the status of visitor data that was sent to the access control system that are integrated with CONNECT/IDM. This report can be used to troubleshoot any possible issue in the communication between CONNECT/IDM and the connect access control system.

Filter Requirements

Date Range

The user is able to select either a Relative or Absolute date range.

The report will only return values within that date range. The default value is Today.

Identities

The user is able to select one or more Identities.

If selected the report will only show data for those specific Identities. If this field is left blank, the report will show data for all Identities.

Access Control Sync Status

The user is able to select one or more the possible sync statuses (Error, Ignored, Sent, Success, Unknown, Warning).

If selected the report will only display data for those statuses. If left blank, the report will show data for all status.

The first name of the identity

Last Name

The last name of the identity

Employee Number (#)

The identity's employee number

ID Reference No.

The identity's ID reference number

Company

The company associated with the identity

Email Address

The identity's primary email address

Identity Type

The Identity Type (Employee, Non-Employee)

Source

The source of the data (CONNECT or PACS)

Entity

The entity type affected (for example, Access, Credential, Identity)

Transaction Type

The type of transaction recorded

Transaction Details

The details of the transactions

SENT CONNECT Date/Time UTC

The time and date the CONNECT sent the transaction

RECEIVED CONNECT Date/Time UTC

The time and date the CONNECT received the transaction

Status

The status of the transaction

Message

Messages associated with the transaction

Integration Name

The name of the integration

Integration Type

The type of integration
