Last Card Swipe Report
Description
The Last Card Swipe Report shows the last card presentation for each Identity in the selected date range. If the Identity did not present their card, they will not appear in the report.
Filters
Field | Description | Filter Requirements |
|---|---|---|
Date Range | The user is able to select either a Relative or Absolute date range. | The report will only return values within that date range. The default value is Today. |
Identities | The user is able to select one or more Identities. | If selected the report will only show data for those specific Identities. If this field is left blank, the report will show data for all Identities. |

Type | The Identity Type (Employee, Non-Employee) |
Category | The identity's employment category |
Title | The identity's job title |
Department | The department associated with the identity |
Facility Code | The facility code associated with the identity |
Hotstamp Number (#) | The hotstamp number associated with the identity |
Internal Card Number (#) | The identity's internal card number |
Issue Level | The issue level of the identity's card |
Last Card Swipe D/T | The time and date the card was last swiped |
Card Reader | The card reader associated with the card swipe |
Transaction Type | The transaction type associated with the card swipe |
