Integration Support Report

Description
The integration support report displays the status of visitor data that was sent to the access control system that is integrated with the GUEST system. This report can be used to troubleshoot any possible issue in the communication between GUEST and the access control system.
Select either a Relative or Absolute date for the report.
Select one or multiple Visitors using the Visitors type to search field.
Select one or multiple Buildings using the Buildings drop down box or type to search box.
Select one or multiple Symmetry Command using the Symmetry Command drop down box.
Select one or multiple Symmetry status using the Symmetry Status drop down box.
If the report is to be saved, apply a Name and Description for the report.
Click the Execute button to run the report or the Cancel button to exit the report.
The report will then be generated automatically and be exported to an Excel Spreadsheet file (Excel or an appropriate viewer is required to view the report).
Filters
Field | Description | Filter Requirements |
---|---|---|
Date Range | The user is able to select either an implicit or explicit date range. | The report will only return values within that range. The default value is Today. |
Visitors | The user is able to select one or more visitors. | If visitors are selected, the report will only show data for those specific visitors. If this field is left blank, the report will show data for all visitors. |
Buildings | The user is able to select one or more Buildings. | If selected, the report will only show data for those Buildings. If this field is left blank, the report will show data for all Buildings. |
Symmetry Command | The user is able to select one or more Symmetry commands (Add Photo, Check In, Check Out, Remove Temporary Credential, Assign Temp Credential) | If selected, the report will only show data for the selected Symmetry Command. If this field is left blank, the report will show data for all Symmetry Commands. |
Symmetry Status | The user is able to select one or more Statuses (Error, Success, Warning). | If selected, the report will only show data for the selected Symmetry Status. If this field is left blank, the report will show data for all Symmetry Statuses. |

Rule Granted | The Access Control Rule that was granted to cause the synchronization with the access control system. | |
Action | The GUEST action that caused the synchronization. | |
GUEST Date/Time UTC | The date and time in UTC that the action in GUEST occurred. | |
GUEST Date/Time Local | The date and time in local building time that the action in GUEST occurred. | |
Symmetry Date/Time UTC | The date and time in UTC that the action was processed by the access control system. | |
Symmetry Date/Time Local | The date and time in local building time that the action was processed by the access control system. | |
Status | The current status of the event (Error, Ignored, Success). | |
Synced As | If the Visit has been synced as Cardholder or Visitor. | |
Message | Any message about the transaction. This is where an error message will be written. | |
Integration | Integration Name | The name of the integration. |
Integration Type | The type of integration. |
