Watch List Report
Description
The watchlist report will return a list of people by building that have been added to the internal watchlist. These identities will be flagged in GUEST automatically and actions can then be taken. This report serves to provide a physical detailed list that can be supplied to any required stakeholders.
Select the building the report is to be executed for from the drop down Buildings box.
If the report is to be saved, apply a Name and Description for the report.
Click the Execute button to run the report or the Cancel button to exit the report.
The report will then be generated automatically and be exported to an Excel Spreadsheet file (Excel or an appropriate viewer is required to view the report).
Filters

DOB | The date of birth of the watchlist identity |
Height | How tall the watchlist identity is |
Weight | How much the watchlist identity weights |
Hair Color | The watchlist identity's hair color |
Eye Color | The watchlist identity's eye color |
Ethnicity | The Ethnicity of the watchlist identity |
Citizenship | The Citizenship of the watchlist identity |
Scars | Any distinguishing marks that the watchlist identity has |
Tattoos | Any tattoos the watchlist identity may have |
Piercings | Any Piercings the watchlist identity may have |
Disguises | Any Disguises the watchlist identity is known to use |
Description | Additional details about the watchlist identity |
Instructions | What actions should be taken if the watchlist identity is identified |
Is Violent | Yes or No value stating if the watchlist identity is violent |
Created By | The identity that created the watchlist entry |
Create Date UTC | The date and time (in UTC - Coordinated Universal Time) that the watchlist identity was entered into the system |
Expires On | The date and time that the watchlist record expires |
Removed By | The identity that removed the watchlist identity from the watchlist |
Removed Date UTC | The date and time in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) that the watchlist identity was removed from the watchlist. |
UDFs (User Defined Fields) | Any active UDFs (User Defined Fields) assigned to the Watch List |
